Cazador is my Surname in Spanish (Hunter). It is my winning Bacardi Legacy cocktail from South Africa. I will be going to the Globals in Miami end of April/beginning May with this drink. I created the cocktail with the intention of it becoming a drink that could be made around the world with it being represented as a symbol for people to push through the hard times and for everyone to know that hard work does pay off.

60ml Bacardi Reserva Ocho
30ml Fresh Lime juice
15ml Maple Syrup
10ml Creme de Cassis
Absinthe Rinse
Shake and fine strain into a Nick & Nora glass. Garnish with lime zest or dehydrated lime wheel.
I own Copper Monkey, a professional bar equipment supplier and consulting business, as well as a fine ice company called Anvil Ice.
