This is my Bacardi Legacy Cocktail for 2018. Inspired by the ups and downs of my life, the struggles and hardships and the importance of always finding reason and purpose to celebrate. 1.5 oz Bacardi Superior
1 coconut water
.25 oz pineapple juice
.75 oz prosecco syrup
3 dashes peychaud bitters
Shaken and double strained into a coupe.
Or stirred. Or built as a punch. It’s great no matter the style or the cup.
Chad Coombs spent most of his life pursuing an art career, that urban legend of a life. After many international exhibitions, AKA playing the art lottery, Coombs required a means to maintain his art addiction.
