Tired of seeing a spirit that a love being always put on the back burner. I decided to create a cocktail that is more amaro forward with one of my favourite amaro.
1.5 oz Meletti Amaro
.5 oz Glenmorangie
2 dashes Peychaud bitters
4 dashes Bittercube Orange bitters
Rinse glass with Absinthe
Lemon zest
Stir all ingredients in mixing glass, rinse glass with Absinthe.
