I really just wanted to make a cocktail with rosé… everyone loves rosé.
1.5 oz Mirabeau En Provence Rosé
1 oz Tanqueray London Dry Gin
1/4 oz Merlet Crème de Fraise liqueur
3/4 oz Orgeat
3/4 oz Fresh squeezed lemon juice
Combine all ingredients into a shaker tin. Shake vigorously for ten seconds. Fine strain into a coupe. Garnish with dried rose petals.
