Honestly, we were trying out some ways to use a new Hop liquor. Our pub sells a lot of craft and micro brews and this seemed like a good chance to crossover a cocktail for the beer lover. We also love Bluecoat Gin.
Bluecoat Gin
Fruitlabs Hops liquor
honey-ginger syrup
lemon juice
orange bitters
Shake with ice and strain over a large ice cube in a rocks glass. Garnish with a lemon wheel. #sippinonginandjuice
