An equal parts rum sour created to tell a story of my life as a bartender. Following my passion and dreams despite family objection, being told to leave my home and leaving a 10 years old career in banking. Inspired by the belief and determination of the Bacardi family who fought through natural disasters and being exiled. In the end through passion and innovative ways made Bacardi the world’s most favourite rum.
Golden Eight is inspired and aims to inspire others through an untameable spirit. An equal parts cocktail that hopefully one day be a classic cocktail not just as a cocktail but a movement of Equal Parts Equal Opportunities where the industry can give back to the community and give the underprivileged an equal opportunity in a better a life; a new Golden Age.
