45ml Ron Zacapa Ambar Rum
20ml Hayman’s Sloe Gin
3 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
15ml House-made Grenadine*
10ml Fresh lime juice
30ml Fresh pink grapefruit juice
Combine all ingredients together in a cocktail shaker, shake with ice and fine strain into a chilled cocktail coupe. Garnish with Origami Bird.
*House-made Grenadine: Fresh Pomegranate juice mixed 1:1 with white sugar and brought to a boil with vanilla, orange peel, clove, rose tea, Saffron and black pepper corns
