My Bacardi Legacy cocktail submission for this year, Which is a homage to my community.

2 oz Bacardi 8
1 oz Orange Juice
1/2 oz Lime Juice.
1/2 oz Grenadine
1/4 oz Banana Liqueur.
2 dashes aromatic bitters ( such as angostura)
Shaken + double-strained in a Nick & Nora “Grande” or Coupette
Garnish with a lime wheel.
I am a passionate bartender who just wants to keep on learning and creating everyday, while meeting new people and offering them the best service as possible. I love having people at the bar asking questions and staying for more, including them in the process of making them craft cocktails. I've been in the restaurant business for 11 years, starting with washing dishes to bussing tables to waiting tables and eventually developed a much bigger interest in the field and can't wait to see what other surprises are there for me.
