I wanted to create a fresh tasting, easy drinking sour for summer, made with delicious Ontario strawberries and vanilla bean.
2 oz Gin
1 oz Lemon Juice
0.75 oz Vanilla Syrup (1:1 ratio with 2 vanilla beans)
1 freshly sliced Strawberry
Small pinch of Salt
Combine ingredients into shaker with ice and shake hard until ice cold , strain back into shaker and dry shake. Double strain into coupe glass and garnish with Angostura and an edible flower and enjoy!
