Cocktail: The Bel-View | Bartender: Kayla Douglas

Using my favourite vodka, Belvedere. I decided the spirit was my going to be my inspiration. The meaning behind belvedere is, in short form, a Fair View. I wanted a cocktail that reminds me of sitting on a deck on a beautiful spring day, something light, floral, and refreshing. With spring right around the corner it was the perfect choice and with everything made in house you can taste the quality.

Cocktail: The Bel-View | Bartender Atlas

2 oz Jasmine Pearl tea infused Belvedere Vodka
2 oz Rose water
2 oz Cucumber puree
1/4 oz Lemon juice
1/2 oz Honey
3 medium sized mint leaves.

Combine all ingredients in shaker glass, top with ice shake lightly for approximately 15 seconds. Double strain into glass over fresh ice.

I stepped out of the scene when I decided to take a management position but have recently found my passion again working in a Tea room and cocktail bar infusing our teas with spirits has lead me back into the art of the cocktail.
