I wanted to create a delicious and elaborate variation to the traditional Cosmopolitan cocktail, made for Millennials.

1.5 oz Viritus Vodka
0.5 oz Triple Sec
0.5 oz Lemon Juice
0.75 oz Greenhouse Juice Deep Roots
0.5 oz Fig Raspberry Basil Syrup
2-3 dashes of Lavender Bitters
Rim with Salty Paloma Heartbreaker sugar

Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin with ice. Shake hard for ten seconds. Double-strain into a coupe.
