Cocktail: Drunken Sailor | Bartender: Choyce Kotori

The legend says that one day a Sailor was looking for the perfect beverage to attenuate his thirst after days sailing away. He finally found the perfect elixir but when he started to drink, he just couldn’t stop. The elixir became water for him. Since then he was called the “Drunken Sailor”.

2 oz Seaside Gin Sheringham
1 oz Sea Buckthorn Juice
1 tablespoon Strawberry Jam
2 dashes Amaro Mielòt
Top with Prosecco Foam*

Combine Gin, Sea Buckthorn Juice, Strawberry Jam and Amaro in shaker tin and shake with ice for 10 seconds. Strain into cute glass and top with Prosecco Foam.

*Prosecco Foam:
1 Bottle Prosecco (750 ML)
1% Soy Lethicin
2 oz Sea Buckthorn Juice

Blend with hand blender. Scoop onto cocktail with spoon.
