Cocktail: Faby Bird | Bartender: Trinh Quan Huy-Philip
This is a twist on the classic “Jungle Bird”.
0.75 oz Song Cai Gin
0.75 oz Peychaud’s Aperitivo
0.75 oz Giffard Caribbean Pineapple Liqueur
0.75 oz Freshly squeezed Lime juice
Add all the ingredients into a shaker then shake with ice. Strain into a Rocks glass with fresh ice cubes and grated nutmeg on top. Garnish with a lime zest. Enjoy!
