A peachy take on a classic gin sour cocktail. Who doesn’t love a brûlée’d egg foam cocktail?!
1.5oz Whitley Neil Gin
0.5oz Domain de Canton Ginger Liqueur
4 dashes Fee brothers Peach Bitters
3/4oz Fresh Lime Juice
3/4oz peach nectar and lime zest syrup
1 Egg white
Dry shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake vigorously. Double strain in a fizz glass and then Brûlée the top of the cocktail with a torch. Garnish with hollowed out egg shell (cleaned), florals and a fancy lime twist. Serve and enjoy!
