Cocktail: Green Brontosaurus | Bartender: Chad Coombs

I had one of those perfect dreams, where I was making the same cocktail over and over for a fully packed bar who was having the best time ever. Luckily when I woke up, I remembered the name and recipe. I rushed to work for my brunch shift, shook one up to see if my dream was correct, and voila! A herby balanced play on the Daiquiri that also packs a little extra punch.

Cocktail: Green Brontosaurus | Bartender Atlas

1.5 oz Green Chartreuse
0.75 oz Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
Just shy of 0.75 ounce Simple Syrup (1-1)

Shake shake shake!
Double strain into a coupe.
Sip the day away!

Chad Coombs spent most of his life pursuing an art career, that urban legend of a life. After many international exhibitions, AKA playing the art lottery, Coombs required a means to maintain his art addiction.
He started slinging highballs in nightclubs, then pouring pints in a beer house, and is now mixing cocktails in Saskatoon. He went from photographic creations to liquid creations and isn't looking back. (Except for the back bar.)
