Cocktail: Hanoi House | Bartender: Trinh Quan Huy-Philip

Hanoi House is the drink that brought back my memory when I first came to this city 10 years ago. I created this drink in somehow to show my appreciation to one of my friend, my brother as well as my mentor. He is the only person who put me on the journey to this city where I used to live in his uncle’s house. With a little twist on Tiki theme, hopefully this drink will be suitable on his palate for his new Tiki bar opening. Cheers!

I was not born to be a bartender, but life did carry me through it as a solo traveler. I’ve been traveled across Asia to Europe and currently in the US. I’ve been working from Cocktail Bar to Hotel Bar in various positions from Bartender to Bar Manager as well as Beverage Manager.
The only things that I’m fall in love for traveling around the world is to master such experimentation like Learn & live with local, get more valuable about life skills and self-experience to enhance the future prospects. And that’s the journey of Vietnam Mixxit Master to Global Swizzle Master!
