Cocktail: How it Started | Bartender Atlas

60ml The Glenlivet Founders Reserve
30ml Suze Liqueur
30ml Orange Oleosacharum Cordial*

Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker, filled with ice. Shake vigorously until chilled, strain into a chilled whisky glass with glass with a nicely curved ice block. Garnish with a dehydrated lemon slice.

*Orange Oleosacharum Cordial
2 Oranges zest without pith
White sugar 300g
Seal and let sit for 48 hours,shake twice a day.
Then add:
Citric acid 14g citric acid
Salt 1.66g
200ml hot water

Stir to dissolve and fine strain the mixture and store in the fridge.
