Cocktail: Humbug | Bartender: Jermaine Carty

I was in the holiday spirit, and I was looking for a reason to use these dope house bitters our GM had made. I started toying around with Nonino, and one day our bev director brought down some Spanish sherry for us to test out and that was that. What I’m going for here is essentially Christmas in a glass: sweet, plummy/berry/citrus with cocoa-espresso-vanilla (House Bitters #2). Sneak a bit of bourbon in there and you got some serious holiday cheer.

Cocktail: Humbug | Bartender Atlas

0.75 oz Amaro Nonino
0.75 oz Alvaro Domecq Alburejo Sherry
0.5  oz Bulleit
0.5 oz Lemon
0.5 oz Simple
**3x House Bitters #2 (Xocolatl Mole Bitters can work too. Anything cocoa/spice/espresso)

Shake
Double strain
Double rocks, with ice
Orange zest, zested and thrown into glass (this is important as the orange notes really enhance the drink)
