The drink Journey is a clear representation of me. The struggles I have been through to become a bartender and, where I am right now, a bit of my background. I come from a place where alcohol is prohibited, and I still turned out to be a bartender and fought against everyone to be where I am today.

0.5 oz Kahlua
5-6 dashes Coffee Bitters
Add all ingredients to rocks glass with one king ice cube. Stir until chilled. Garnish with orange zest and a sprig of Thyme.

I moved to Canada in 2020 and currently I am working as a bartender at Twoforks in Port Stanley since 2022.
