Full and balanced flavours with lavender for an aromatic profile. This cocktail is not only nice to look at, but easy to sip.
2 oz of gin (I prefer Empress 1908)
1 oz lemon juice
1 egg white
1 oz Earl Grey Honey Syrup*
Dry shake without ice until frothy, then shake with ice. Strain over ice and garnish with dried lavender and a lemon zest!
*Earl Grey Honey Syrup: 1 part honey, 1 part sugar, 1 part hot steeped Earl grey tea
