I wanted to create a cocktail that is accessible and home made and so I literally looked everywhere in the house. But as I was thinking of the name it stared at me…my curry tree by my garden.
50 ml Martell VS
10 ml Amaro
30 ml Cranberry Juice
20 ml Apple Juice
2 Dashes Cacao Bitters
3 Dashes Curry Tincture*
Lime Zest (oil)
Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin. Fill one side with ice and throw the cocktail 7-8 times until chilled. Strain into a chilled cocktail coupe and garnish with 3 curry leaves.
*Curry Tincture
Combine 750ml of overproof white rum and 100g of curry leaf. Let stand for one week. Strain out solids.
