I wanted to mix something that was not really high ABV, with some Christmas flavours that has a nice rich Christmas colour and creamy texture.
1 oz Creme de Cacao
1 oz homemade Peppermint Liqueur*
0.25 oz Luxardo St Antonio
1/2 bar spoon organic matcha powder
0.5 oz water
2 dash Scrappy’s Chocolate Bitters
1 dash Ms Betters Miraculous Foamer
Reverse dry shake. Strain into Nick & Nora glass. Garnish with matcha powder.
*500ml vodka, 250ml simple syrup, 16 drops organic peppermint extract
