I was sitting at home sipping some Cognac one night and was suddenly inspired to mash it up with some aged tequila, a combo I’ve never played with before. One thing lead to another and this cocktail was born.

1 ½ oz Cazadores Reposado Tequila
½ oz Dubonnet
½ oz Courvoisier V.S Cognac
1 bar spoon Agave Syrup (2:1)
2 Dash Bittered Sling Malagasy Chocolate Bitters
Lemon Oil (zest)
Stir all ingredients, pour into chilled coupe. Lemon twist to garnish.
