Cocktail: The Six | Bartender Kaitlyn Stewart
Bridging the gap between my two hometowns, the “6ix” and the “604”. Highlighting Lot 40 whiskey and Okanagan Spirits blueberry liqueur.
1oz Lot 40
0.75oz Milk liqueur (house made)
0.50oz OK Spirits Blueberry Liqueur
0.75oz Lemon Juice
2 dashes of angostura bitters
Combine all ingredients into shaker tin. Vigorously shake for 10 seconds. Pour over fresh ice into rocks ice. Garnish with a lemon twist.
