This cocktail gets its name due to the spiciness of the ginger.

60 ml Irish Whiskey
20ml Ginger Juice*
20ml Lime Juice
20ml Honey Syrup
1 egg white

Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin with ice and shake hard for 10 seconds. Double strain into cocktail coupe. Garnish with edible flower petals.

*Ginger Juice: You can buy this but it might be expensive. However, if you have a centrifugal juicer at home, just run a handful of ginger through that and you will get what you need for this cocktail. Alternately, you can grate some ginger and then squeeze the juice out of it using cheesecloth.

**Honey Syrup: Combine 3 parts honey and 1 part hot water. Stir until uniform consistency.
