Cocktail: Spruce Cranberry Mule | Bartender: Jennifer Smith

A great cocktail segue from fall to winter. Very outdoorsy using the Spruce Tip Vodka with cranberry, cinnamon and rosemary.

1.5 oz Manns Spruce Tip Vodka
1 oz Cinnamon Simple Syrup*
0.75 oz Cranberry Juice
0.75 oz Lime Juice
Ginger beer

Put all ingredients except for Ginger beer in shaker tin. Add ice and shake until chilled. Pour into mule mug and top with ginger beer and garnish with fresh cranberries and rosemary sprig. Torch tip of rosemary sprig.

*Cinnamon Simple Syrup: Bring one cup of water and one cup of sugar to a boil while stirring frequently. Add 3 cinnamon sticks and boil for 5 minutes while stirring. Remove from heat and strain into resealable glass bottle. Store in refrigerator.
