Based on the Paper Plane, this drink plays with extremes. The rich roasted flavour of the coffee, the bitterness of the aperitif, the sweetness of the amaretto, and the velvety texture of the mango balance each other out on a thin line.

1oz Jameson Cold Brew
1/2 oz Suze
1/2 oz Amaretto
3 dashes Angostura
1 oz mango juice
Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin, fill with ice and shake for 12-15 seconds. Strain into a chilled cocktail coupe and garnish with an orange zest.
