Loved the flavours of mezcal and Amaro Nonino sipper so wanted to make a cocktail from it.

1.75oz Mezcal
0.5oz Amaro Nonino
0.75 Lemon Juice
0.5 Pineapple Gomme Syrup
A few dashes Angostura Bitters

Combine all the ingredients into the shaker, shake hard, double strain into cocktail glass, serve up. Lemon twist as a garnish.
