Cocktail: The Royal | Bartender: Carlos Miguel Rojas Zayas

This cocktail is simple but elegant with the combination of cognac, vermouth and apple gives us a refined touch that will be able to satisfy even the most demanding palate.

Cocktail: The Royal | Bartender Atlas

2 oz Remy Martín 1738
1/2oz Vermouth Blanco dulce
1oz Puré de manzana con canela (Apple puree with cinnamon)
1oz jugo de limón Amarillo
2 Cash de Angostura bitters

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake hard for 10 seconds. Fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with dehydrated apple and edible flower.
