This cocktail was made for one of my favorite bartender on Instagram i’m talking about Barmaxla.
This drink is a martini that taste like Spring and as time goes you will reveal the rosemary in the clear ice. that’s how the cocktail name came out!

50 ml Bombay Sapphire Gin
25 ml Martini Bianco Vermouth
15 ml St Germain Elderflower Liqueur
15 ml Suze gentian Liqueur
10 ml Rosemary Syrup
Put all the ingredients in a mixing glass and stir it for about 10 to 15sec with clear ice cubes.
For the garnish try to make a large clear ice with a rosemary in it.
