4 cl White Rum
2cl Coconut Puree
2 medium cubes of Fresh Pineapple
3 cl Pineapple Juice
3 cl Orange Juice
1 cl Lime Juice
1 cl Homemade Turmeric Syrup*
Blend all ingredients in blender. Pour into highball glass. Garnish with caramelized sugar
*Homemade Turmeric Syrup: 1 part Turmeric powder, 2 part water, 2 teaspoon sugar
