Bar Hop Paris (Part Deux)

Paris Bar Hop | Bartender Atlas

There are just too many great spots in Paris to grab a cocktail. If you haven’t looked at our Paris Bar Hop Part One yet it is right here. And in case that wasn’t enough (it definitely wasn’t) here another 4 amazing bars to visit in the City of Lights (does anyone call it that anymore? Sounds like something a granny would say).

Le Syndicat (51 Rue du Faubourg Saint-Denis)
This bar rules. Indoor/outdoor/private area behind a golden curtain. The bartenders are all fast and funny and friendly. Every drink here is well though out and executed proficiently. Some involve foams, some are thrown, some are shots of Cognac, but everything here is great.

Divine (61 Rue d’Hauteville)
You can’t help but have fun here. The bartenders are clearly having a blast, dancing and singing along to whatever sweet 80s jam is playing. After talking with the bartenders (on a break from their shaking/dancing) we found out that the staff here all come form other notable 5-star establishments (Like Sarah from Artesian…nbd). The service stood out here, especially when I was taking my time with my second cocktail and Sarah expertly transferred my drink to a colder version of the same glass.

Lulu White/Dirty Dick (10 Rue Frochot)
These two bars are literally next door to one another on a very small street. All of them great and all of them very much their own thing. Lulu White is a New Orleans influenced cocktail bar. Everything here isn’t just about Absinthe…but if you want Absinthe…you’re in the right place. The menu is a book of portraits and the (again) international staff are excited to be there.

Dirty Dick, is a no holds barred Tiki Bar. Tropical drinks from classics like Mai Tais to some house specialties are all over this menu. Everything is made quickly and every drink comes out gorgeous. There was a Cramps record playing when we were there and that added to the whole experience.

Note: As with all Bar Hops, we are not encouraging getting inebriated. This is a list of great cocktail bars that we suggest visiting while in Paris. We want you to have fun and play safe. Check out How to Do a Good Bar Hop for some hot tips.
