This cocktail was inspired in the book This side of Paradise written by F Scott Fitzgerald and the classic cocktail, the Daiquiri. It was in this book that the Daiquiri was mentioned for the first time.
1 bar spoon of icing sugar
20 ml Lime juice
10 ml St Germain Liquor
40 ml Bacardi carta blanca
1 bar spoon Fernet Branca (Amaro liqueur)
Pour all ingredients in the tin, give a stir.
Add half rocks and half crushed ice in the shaker.
Give it a hard shake.
Double strain into a Melodia Sherry Glass.
Garnish with a lime Zest.
