Best story from behind the wood | I’d have to go with the exploding bottle of Angostura on the bar top. No one around. Caught on CCTV. At a bar in Melbourne called Day Of The Dead, during a rockstar shift. Super strange, super creepy. We replayed that footage over and over, cause it just didn’t make sense. There was no change in temperature or to the bottle or anything…Not the first creepy thing that has happened at that bar – like the random water glass being flung across the room while the venue was closed…

What do you collect? Unique/different types of liquor and spirits from around the world.
Favourite thing about your city? No matter how much changes from year to year, the amount of love and friendship that continues to spread within the industry.
What was the last photo that you took?  The last picture I took was at a brewery in Calgary
Where was your last vacation? Mexico
Any claims to fame? I was in a commercial when I was 8.

New Orleans or New York City? Haven’t been to NOLA yet, so I guess the obvious answer would be NYC.
Glass or Tin? Prefer glass over tin these days. Stirred cocktails are my jam.
