Favourite Part of the Job | Besides the great connections I get to make, I really enjoy menu creation! I love working with local spirits and having a creative output and the challenges that come with pushing the boundaries.

Favourite bar in the world | At the moment it is Citrus & Cane in Victoria BC!
Best known for | Probably the artistic drive and always pushing for more? But also my SALT obsession! A lot of cocktails need salt, whether it be bitter or acidic!
Favourite “at work” memory | I have so many but a big one was creating a Tropical Themed Cocktail Menu for a Christmas Buy out! Was a huge party and my whole bar team wore tropical shirts flower necklaces, sunnies and crushed all night!
What do you collect? I love collecting art of any kind! Usually little trinkets from a certain place in time, so I can think back on it!
Favourite thing about your city? I love the ocean, so much. The vibrancy of the city on weekends. The quiet walks in the mountains. The perfect blend of urban and rural.

Where is one place that you have never been but would like to travel to? I’d love to travel to Japan!
