Who is your favourite fictional bartender? I’d say Guinan from Star Trek because she reminds me that bartending isn’t just about pouring drinks, it’s about listening and connecting with people. That’s how I see my role on the floor as well.
What was the last photo that you took? The last photo I took was of a dinner with my fiancée I love capturing little moments of food and company.
Where is one place that you have never been but would like to travel to? Amalfi Coast, Italy
Any claims to fame? I have obtained WSET level 2 in Wines and Spirits, Whiskey Ambassador and Cicerone Beer Server Level1 certifications. I’ve collaborated on menus with breweries and done creative projects like my signature beer Cocktails whilst working in Craft by Side Hustle-grapefruit & rose oleo or Side Hustle gin with liqueur made from dark Czech Pilsner cocktail work.
