Favourite Part of the Job | Cocktail creation is by far my highlight at work. I love being creative and experimenting with things I wouldn’t normally use! Also teaching other bartenders or explaining why something is this way, or the history of classics to customers.

What was the last photo that you took? My friend bought a Shot yacht from Brewhouse, and he looks so pleased with his sailor cap haha.
What is your dream travel destination and why? Netherlands – Well I’m dutch and would love to see that history and also it’s so beautiful there with their flower fields
