Favourite “at work” memory | Oddly a volunteer event, but bartending for a blues festival where David Wilcox was playing. His crowd is crazy in the best way.
What’s your favourite movie? Across the Universe
Favourite thing about your city? The tight knit hospitality community. Like no other city I’ve worked in, it really feels like we are all rooting for each other. Sending guests to all our friends and getting guests from them is the best!
