Best story from behind the wood | In the last year, I have bartended in 13 major cities in 7 different countries. There are more stories than I can tell. When I was last in Beijing, I took a few bartenders to the Great Wall of China. At the top of the wall, we randomly ran into Mike Tyson!!! I have pictures to prove it. haha
What do you collect? Cocktail recipes. I’m a huge nerd.
Favourite thing about your city? The food! Korean BBQ for days.
What was the last photo that you took? The stunning bar at Atlas, Singapore. It’s absolutely breathtaking.
Where was your last vacation? Miami with my wife <3
Any claims to fame? Popups, guest shifts, seminars, etc. I try to contribute whenever I can.
Red or White? White
Cointreau or Grand Marnier? Depends on what you’re using it for! In college, I used to drink Grand Marnier out of a snifter to feel fancy. It’s a very nostalgic drink for me.
London or Paris? I proposed to my wife in Paris, so Paris for sure 🙂
