Favourite “at work” memory | New Years Eve 2019 when my husband and I let our staff have the night off as we have typically never been crazy busy on New Years Eve. We got absolutely rocked, and my husband Kyle still jokingly talks about how we nearly got divorced several times that evening.

What do you collect? Alcohol related- Gin. I also have started collecting pins to put on my aprons, as well as interesting glassware.
Favourite thing about your city? That it’s just now starting to branch out, and more bars and restaurants are popping up with the same goals as us about enhancing Hamilton’s food scene.
What was the last photo that you took? A Chocolate Negroni as a special for the bar- take home cocktail.
Where is one place that you have never been but would like to travel to? Ireland or Egypt
Any claims to fame? Being creative and making it through this damn pandemic so far. That’s a pretty decent claim to fame in this era.
