Favourite “at work” memory | I don’t think I have one specific favourite memory, however the first service being open at Piano Piano and showing Hamilton what we are all about was an experience I will never forget.
What’s the most popular cocktail in your city? The Paper Plane hands down.
Favourite thing about your city | The immense types of restaurants and bars within the city. Having every type of cuisine and everything from dive bars to high-end cocktail bars available, as well as the diversity of the people in Hamilton.
Favourite drinking song | Being a Hamiltonian whenever I have people over drinking I always put on the Arkells, my favourite band, and also such great upbeat music to enjoy drinks with friends.
What was the last photo that you took? My dog, he is most of my camera roll!
What is your dream travel destination and why? Osaka or Tokyo!
Soda or Tonic? Tonic hands down!
Gibson or Gimlet? Gimlet! The most underrated classic cocktail in my opinion
Naked & Famous or Last Word? Last Word
Dog person or cat person? Dog all they way. Love cats but unfortunately allergic!
