Best known for | Everything involved in opening a bar, from the concept design and menu to the controls, but most importantly, the creation of cocktails. Also, the planning and execution of events. Although I’m quite popular here with the locals and expats, who follow me because they like the way I treat them. Many of them have been customers for over 10 years.

What is your dream travel destination and why? China or Japan, for different cultural reasons basically.
Any claims to fame? Nope, I have only moved locally (Baja). I’ve been invited to many bars to do takeovers during my 20 years in bars. I was in a couple of competitions years ago, but I didn’t like that world. I prefer working behind the scenes. I like the complexity of simplicity, and helping others indirectly, with training programs that actually work.
