Favourite bar in the world | Every birthday, I take myself on a solo date to Mckibbins Irish Pub – It’s a tradition! When we enter this cozy bar, the walls tell us stories!
Best known for | Creating conceptual cocktails photos & videos and welcoming guests as if they were at home.
Favourite “at work” memory | The time I met this giant puppet puppeteer who was actually Jacno’s teenage best friend, from the 80s French electro pop group Eli & Jacno – A musical inspiration for me.
What do you collect? Glasses, nature sounds, dried flowers and ghost stories.
Favourite thing about your city? Music scenes such as noise, post-punk and black metal as well as all byob venues but above all the proximity to nature.
What was the last photo that you took? A cocktail in the woods near the river.
Where is one place that you have never been but would like to travel to? I would love to visit the old castles of Ireland and meet the regular customers of the local Irish pubs to hear their stories.
Any claims to fame? In nomination and finalist for best mixologist of the year 2024 at Laurier de la Gastronomie from Québec. Talking about cocktail on the airwaves of CJAD Radio monthly. Co-organize the largest cocktail festival in Quebec Invasion Cocktail, and celebrate the entire community of bartenders and restaurants.
