Best story from behind the wood | I think my best story would involve no major cocktail influence but rather the thrill of being one of 3 bartenders on a specific bar and making approximately 200k AED gross in an evening of work. Good music pulled us through but what a push (successful push though) that was.
What do you collect? I’m not one to collect – I try to collect whisky but end up drinking most of it.

Any claims to fame? I was flown to Milan after winning the Dubai Campari Compendium and I know my way around a guitar
