Best story from behind the wood | One of my favorite times was having a now good friend walk into the bar and sit down. He asked me to make him whatever I felt like with bourbon, I immediately scrambled and made him at the time my favorite drink from the Anvil in Texas. The Monk’s Revenge, I put the drink infront of him and explained where it was from. He was so happy being from that area and the Anvil being his favorite bar.

What do you collect? Besides spirits, motorcycles and parts.
Favourite thing about your city? There is always something great to do in Toronto. Sit in at a small low key jazz bar, find a good Guinness in an anonymous bar or chase down some good friends in any of the cocktail spots.
