Favourite “at work” memory | Winging a £96 glass of red wine on the navy Admiral’s wife’s £4k white dress… Kidding. I inspired a young lad to become a bartender and he told me ages after without me realising, that the first drink I served become his favourite and he won awards for bartending years later.

What is your dream travel destination and why? Switzerland
Any claims to fame? I served King Charles (then Prince) on a military barracks. Also met Gordon Ramsay’s UK #1 lookalike and it was unnerving how real it felt.
