Best known for | The way how I vibe with my staff and with the guests, I feel joy only to have the pleasure to share the path with others and at the same time exchange knowledge with whoever shows interested for the beverage department!
Favourite “at work” memory | The time we prepared during brunch a total of 67 pisco sours in one order, all the bar team plus managers (we were 6 in total so you can imagine the madness 🔥)were shaking like there’s no tomorrow! That day I really realized how beautiful it’s the operation when everyone is aligned accordingly and enjoying the shift as it comes ❤️
What do you collect? I like to keep a Journal of memories and drinks on whichever city I discover, plus these tiny magnetic souvenirs for the fridge doors, somehow every time I look at them it’s like a throwback for me to that point, and Tattoos 🔏
Favourite thing about your city? There are many, but as top one I would rather to say the sunsets on weekends, I’m coming from a very small town in Venezuela called Cabudare, and the vibe in there it’s outstanding based on the simplicity of the place and the organic energy that the valley brings to the population.
What was the last photo that you took? A sunset with the beach matching the horizon.
Where is one place that you have never been but would like to travel to? Would love to visit Singapore, the Asian culture and the development of that country it is something really interesting for me to find, apart for all the recognized Bars and restaurants located over there (Atlas, Jigger & Ponys, Gibson)
Any claims to fame? I can shake hard with 3 shakers at once or stir 8 cocktails at same time if that counts 😅
