The refreshing booozy version of coconut and tropical fruits.
1 oz Pineapple Infused Rum
1 oz Malibu Rum
0.5 oz Banana liqueur
0.5 oz 0range liqueur
3 oz Fresh pineapple juice
A dash of aromatic bitters
Add all ingredients together in chilled shaker. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously until well chilled. Strain the mixture into a chilled Coco Lopez. Add a dash of aromatic bitters on top for a hint of complexity. Garnish with a sprinkle of shredded coconut, a slice of orange and pineapple fronds.
