Midnight silk is made from coffee and gin, and a silky cream on top… They say coffee wakes you up but Midnight Silk will keep you up.
40 ml Dry Gin
20 ml Coffee Liquor (I use Mr. Black as I love it but you can use any)
25 ml Espresso
10 ml Simple Syrup (start with 8 ml and if it is not as you like it, you can increase to 10ml), made by 1:1 sugar and water
Chill a Nick & Nora glass. Put all the ingredients in a shaker with ice, shake vigorously, double strain into the chilled glass.
For garnish: add 3 coffee beans and serve
