Lauren Mote

Lauren Mote | Bartender Atlas

Lauren Mote may be one of Canada’s greatest exports. She is one of those hospitality industry people who has always shone and who has always uplifted everyone around her. I (Jess) have a distinct memory of meeting her in 2014 when she was running Uva in Vancouver. She taught me about professional drinking (you don’t have to finish every cocktail!). It has been great watching her career grow and expand over this past decade plus. While at Barra México we got to see her Mob of Mentors session which was a lot of fun.
